NimbleFingers is built by community—and volunteers are a huge part of what makes the festival feel welcoming, musical, and full of heart.
Whether you love meeting people, helping behind the scenes, supporting artists, keeping things organized, or jumping in wherever needed, there’s a place for you on the volunteer team.
No experience is needed for most roles—just a friendly attitude, a willingness to help, and a love for bringing people together through music.
Festival Volunteer
Festival weekend volunteers who complete one volunteer shift, approximately 3–4 hours, will receive a cash refund equivalent to the early festival weekend ticket price.
Volunteer roles and shift times are assigned based on festival needs, availability, and role fit. We’ll do our best to match volunteers with positions that suit their interests, comfort level, and schedule.
Volunteer spots may be limited, so we encourage you to sign up early if you’re interested.
Ways to Help
There are lots of ways to lend a hand during festival weekend, including:
Main Gate & Welcome Team
Help welcome guests, check tickets, answer questions, and create a friendly first impression.
Merch Tent
Support festival merchandise sales and help guests find NimbleFingers goodies to take home.
Beer Garden
Help with beer garden service or ticket sales. Some beer garden roles require Serving It Right or equivalent certification.
Parking & Traffic Support
Help guests arrive safely and keep traffic moving smoothly.
Setup & Site Support
Help with signs, supplies, tables, chairs, decorations, and other behind-the-scenes details.
Floaters / Wherever Needed Most
Perfect for flexible folks who are happy to jump in where help is needed most.
