Vendors at NimbleFingers Festival

We’re inviting a small group of food and artisan vendors to be part of the NimbleFingers Festival on Saturday, July 11 at Sorrento Centre in Sorrento, BC.

This isn’t a large, crowded market—we’re creating a thoughtfully curated space where great food and handmade goods feel like a natural part of the day.

With 500–800 attendees, live music throughout the day, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a chance to be part of something simple and special.

Food Vendors

We’re looking for a small number of food vendors offering meals, snacks, beverages, and treats to serve a steady, all-day crowd. Food trucks, trailers, and tent setups are all welcome.

Participation Options

We offer flexible participation models to support different types of vendors and help create a strong festival experience.

This may include:

  • A flat vendor fee

  • A reduced fee with a contribution toward staff and volunteer meals

  • Other arrangements based on vendor setup and offerings

Participation details will be discussed with selected vendors to ensure a good fit for both the vendor and the festival.

Artisan & Craft Vendors

We’re inviting a curated mix of artisan vendors offering handmade goods, music-related items, art, clothing, and other unique products.

We’re especially interested in vendors whose work reflects:

  • traditional craftsmanship

  • natural materials

  • musical or folk-inspired themes

This helps us create a vendor area that feels aligned with the spirit of NimbleFingers and the bluegrass and old-time music community.

Participation Options

A standard vendor fee applies.

Participation details will be discussed with selected vendors to ensure a good fit for both the vendor and the festival.
