Workshop fees and weekend passes are subject to 5% gst.
Festival weekend pass is only available to workshop registrants, and includes all Festival Weekend programming: Honky Tonk Dance, Festival Ticket, Sunday Morning Gospel Hour, and Jamming!

Workshop Registration
A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your workshop spot at the time of registration.

Full payment is due within 72 hours of registering

If full payment is not received within 72 hours, your spot will be released
Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance by email.

Accommodations (Sorrento Centre)
Accommodations are booked and paid separately through Sorrento Centre.

Meal Plans & Optional Meals
After your accommodations are confirmed, Sorrento Centre will send a link to add:

Optional meals, including Friday lunch and the Honky Tonk Dinner

Full payment for meals is required at the time of purchase

Cancellation Policy (by registrant):
Workshop Fees: If you need to cancel your registration, you will be refunded the full registration less $125 non-refundable deposit. The deadline to receive a refund is May 30, 2026. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
Workshop Fees are Transferable: If after May 30th you find you can’t make it, and would like to transfer your registration to someone else, contact us at info@nimblefingers.ca.

Accommodation & Meals: Sorrento Centre's collects a 30% non-refundable deposit for accommodations (balance due 14 days before arrival) and meal plans are paid in full at time of booking.
Accommodations & Meals are transferable: If you are not able to attend and wish to transfer, contact Sorrento Centre. An admin fee of $29 will be charged to process the transfer.

Event Cancellation: If NimbleFingers is forced to cancel the event for reasons outside their control (i.e., a ‘force majeure event’), workshop fees will be refunded, less the $125 non-refundable deposit. If the event is cancelled, before May 30, 2026, then a full refund will be provided. Guests are also encouraged to additionally consider other forms of trip cancellation insurance (through credit cards and BCAA, etc).
