2026 Registration Step-by-Step

How Registration Works (2 Simple Steps)

🪕 Workshop registration and accommodations are booked separately — and in that order.
Start by registering for your workshop with NimbleFingers. Once your deposit is submitted, you’ll receive a direct link to book your accommodations and meals with Sorrento Centre.

👉 Step 1 = Save your workshop spot
👉 Step 2 = Book where you’ll stay & eat

Step 1: Register for Your Workshop (NimbleFingers)

Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. (PT) on Tuesday, February 3, 2026

During registration you will:

  • Select your workshop

  • Register one or multiple participants in one registration

  • Add optional items:

    •  Festival Weekend Pass (required if staying onsite for the weekend)

    •  Shared Cabana accommodations (managed by NimbleFingers)

  • Choose your payment method:

    • Credit card

    • eTransfer (3% discount)
       

Deposit & Confirmation

  • Submit a $125 non-refundable deposit per registration using the link in your confirmation email

  • After your deposit is received, you will

    • be directed to the Sorrento Centre Website to book accommodations and meals

    • receive a confirmation of your workshop

    • receive a detailed invoice with payment details (sent within 24 hours)

 Step 2: Book Accommodations & Meals (Sorrento Centre)

Accommodations and meal plans are booked directly with Sorrento Centre after completing your workshop registration.

  • A direct booking link will be included once your workshop deposit (or full payment) has been submitted

  • Follow the step-by-step guide below to complete your Sorrento Centre booking

Helpful Reminder

Workshop registration must be completed first.  You won’t be able to book accommodations with Sorrento Centre until Step 1 is complete.

Booking Notes (Accommodations & Meals)

  • Reservations are reviewed and confirmed in the order received

  • Please include a second accommodation choice in case your first choice is unavailable

  • Meal plan booking link will be provided by Sorrento Centre after accommodations are booked

  • Prices shown include the $29 administrative fee for the first person

Registration day is extremely busy for both teams.

  • Messages received on registration day will be reviewed at the end of the day
